Asia is such a diverse continent - the ancient temples of Burma, the modern efficiency of Singapore,the friendliness of Bali. For me as an artist, living here is so inspirational - the light, the people, the colours, yes even the smells (well, most of them!) The wonderful array of wildlife that we live in such close proximity to is awesome - from monitor lizards in the bathroom to Mr & Mrs Hornbill who tap on our veranda windows everyday. I am trying my best to capture as many as I can on paper before we leave, which is quite a challenge but my camera is helping me out in the meantime ...
