Summertime Blues
This piece is soft pastel on paper on a watercolour wash. Having grown up with horses and horse racing, I love the colours and, most of all, the animals. I hope you like this piece which captures that moment in the paddock before a race when the anticipation and excitement are at their peak - whether it is sunny or not, the atmosphere sparks!
